Step 1: Download iOS or Android IMDB app.
Step 2: Create account by clicking the profile icon in the top right of the app.
Step 3: Tap on 'Lists' and create a new List
Step 4: Tap on Create a new list.
Step 5: Name the list Plex and be sure to change the privacy from Private to Public and tap Save.
Step 6: Tap the Share icon in the top right and select Copy URL.
Step 7: Send me that URL.
